The message generally reads something like "Client host rejected: Too many mails sent!; email@example.com". This is usually an automatic setting from the ISP to prevent flooding or spamming. It is used in a spam blocking technique called Greylisting and it is only a temporary rejection. It's a good idea to determine the settings of each individual mailserver before sending mass mailouts to ensure that your message gets through with little delay.
